The UKSIF AGM 2025 will take place on Thursday 11 September 2025 at Federated Hermes Limited, 6th Floor, 150 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6ET at 15:00, and online via Zoom, and introduces the candidates running for election to the Board.
All UKSIF members are invited to attend the AGM. Following the conclusion of the AGM, UKSIF will hold a session with the members in attendance sharing elements of UKSIF’s achievements in 2024-25 and revised strategy.

The AGM represents the opportunity for UKSIF members to influence the organisation’s future by electing members of the UKSIF Board.This year, the Board election is for three places to stand for a three-year term. Nine candidates are running for election, and each member firm can cast one ballot. UKSIF has put together a candidate website, with information and videos provided by each candidate. This can be accessed here.
Voting instructions
Members can vote in one of two ways:
- • At the AGM on 11 September 2025 in London either in-person or remotely. Please use the links above to register to attend.
- • In advance of the AGM using the ballot paper available here. The deadline for members to submit their ballot papers is 15:00 on 10 September.
Each UKSIF member organisation has one vote. It is important to coordinate with any other key UKSIF contacts to ensure your organisation submits one ballot paper (if more than one ballot is received from one member firm, we will contact all those submitting ballots to request one ballot be submitted). Since three positions are available, each UKSIF member organisation can vote for up to three candidates.
