Sally Kramers

Sally joined UKSIF at the beginning of 2021. In her role as Head of Industry Development, Events, and Partnerships, she leads efforts to convene members, oversees a dynamic events programme, and promotes sustainability knowledge sharing across financial services.

Coming from a background looking at alternative investments, and prior to that (re)insurance, Sally is committed to bringing together the whole financial services sector together to learn from each other and drive forward to a sustainable financial system.

Sally also currently leads the UKSIF Membership Team, designing and implementing strategy for member engagement, outreach and development.

She is passionate about climate action, social impact and Ipswich Town Football Club.
