Public and Investor Attitudes to ‘Good’ Money 2020

Each year, we aim to get a sense of where the retail market is in its acceptance and demand of sustainable, ESG, impact, and ethical investment and finance. This is usually achieved through YouGov research providing a snapshot of public attitudes. This year we decided to dig deeper. We commissioned FinText to conduct a social listening exercise whereby they analysed public conversations between private investors on the Reddit platform from January 2019 to August 2020.
