UKSIF Future Leaders Programme

The Future Leaders Programme supports early career sustainability professionals from UKSIF member organisations, equipping them with the skills, knowledge and network to build their careers in the sustainable finance sector.

Through a quarterly forum, the programme provides opportunities for the industry leaders of tomorrow to hear from and meet top industry speakers, discuss diverse topics and build connections with fellow future leaders in the cohort.

Format:
The UKSIF Future Leaders Programme events takes place once a quarter in the format of a presentation, fireside chat or Q&A with current industry leaders. Throughout the programme we tackle a variety of topics and attendees have the opportunity to propose topics which will aid their career development.
Each event will be followed by a UKSIF Member Networking Evening, an informal networking event that is open to all UKSIF members.

How to get involved:
Applications are now open to early career sustainability professionals at UKSIF member organisations.
To apply, please email events@uksif.org. Applications must be accompanied by a nomination letter, a template of which can be downloaded here, from a senior member of the sustainability team (C-suite, Head or Director level).
Once your application has been accepted, invitations to Future Leaders Programme events will be sent personally to those approved to take part.
