Description Callala (sounds like: "koala"). Established to deliver climate positive outcomes, Callala now represents a broader Environmental, Social and Governance impact practice. • Environmental impact: estimation, reporting, verification and transparency through partner remote-monitoring solutions. Callala provides business consulting support across market engagement, GTM strategy development and business development. • Social impact: child and young adult mental health support functions with technology and cricket-based activation. Callala provides management consulting support across business strategy, commercial strategy and sales strategy. • Governance: in partnership to leadership support across the breadth of ESG, and providing direct board-level scrutiny and assurance. Callala provides non-fiduciary board support for SMEs and start-ups alongside project assurance underpinning UK Government ESG-focussed R&D Grants. Approach Specifically on sustainable finance, Callala works with organisations who are aiming to deliver either direct environmental benefit through satellite derived insights or use these to provide transparency and reporting efficacy to FIs, corporates and their supply chains. Callala supported the onboarding and delivery of FLINTpro (https://www.flintpro.com/solutions/financial-services) into a Lux / UK-based FI on land sector emissions reporting and wider TNFD related parameters (biodiversity, water, soil). Operationally, this FI is expected to utilise the services of FLINTpro and agreed 3rd party data providers to both develop and grow funds, evidence and promote existing funds, and showcase commodities and broker transactions between finance beneficiaries and food producers. Callala is currently supporting the UK Space Agency on satellite derived methane monitoring - creating both policy led activity through Defra and Environment Agency, and supporting Corporates and FIs understand their CH4 emissions profile to underpin physical asset management, behaviour change and upstream investment due diligence.
