BNY Mellon Investment Management EMEA Limited (“BNYM IM EMEA”) is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a MiFID Investment Firm. The principal activity of IM EMEA is the marketing and distribution, within the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (‘EMEA’) and Latin America regions, of the investment products and services manufactured by affiliate investment management Firms within the BNY Mellon Investment Management organization, and certain non-affiliate investment management Firms (the ‘Investment Managers’). BNYM IM EMEA also contracts with institutional clients to provide discretionary investment management services, for which portfolio management activities are primarily delegated to the Investment Managers. BNYM IM EMEA has two subsidiaries: BNY Mellon Fund Managers Limited (‘BNYMFM’) an FCA authorised and regulated UK UCITS Firm and Alternative Investment Fund Manager (‘AIFM’) and BNY Mellon Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A. (“MFMLUX”) which is a Luxembourg Management Company, authorised by the CSSF as a Management Company and as a portfolio manager to provide discretionary investment management services to its clients.
