UKSIF response: UK’s Transition Finance Market Review call for evidence

UKSIF is pleased to respond to the UK’s independent Transition Finance Market Review (TFMR), which was launched at the start of ths year to consider how the UK can establish itself as a global hub for transition finance. It is being  led by Vanessa Havard-Williams from Linklaters, and supported by a panel of advisors and a secretariat. The Review was commissioned by Treasury Lords Minister Baroness Vere and Department for Energy Security and Net Zero Minister Lord Callanan, following the 2023 Green Finance Strategy.

In our response, we highlight challenges to the further growth of the transition finance market in the UK and globally, and outline our recommendations to policymakers to better support investors’ efforts in navigating this growing market.
