UKSIF response to the FRC’s Corporate Governance Code Review

UKSIF’s response to the Financial Reporting Council’s Corporate Governance Code Review called for more prominent and explicit reference to ESG and sustainability throughout the Code, as well as reference to the TCFD recommendations and the Sustainable Development Goals. The consultation also contained some questions on stewardship ahead of a fuller Stewardship Code Review later this year.
