Join UKSIF members on 10th December for the final session of the quarterly Sustainability Policy Forum of 2026. This session will focus on DWP's upcoming consultation on draft fiduciary duty guidance. The guidance from DWP is intended to support UK pension scheme trustees in their interpretation of their duties, including in regards to systemic risks and members' interests. We will discuss some of the main questions from the consultation with the session informing UKSIF's response. Following the consultation on the draft guidance, government is expected to publish a final version next year.
