The Covid-19 pandemic has placed a huge emphasis on the importance of mental health, with 1/4 of the adult population struggling with their mental health in any given year, but there is still a stigma towards having conversations around the topic in the workplace. What can investors do to help promote mental health through engagement? With what metrics can employee mental health be measured? What is already being done in this space?
